Justice League: Darkseid War: Green Lantern
Nice issue. I like how it all relates to Hal's dad. Relating Willpower to free will was a pretty awesome concept. I wish there was more deliberating on the change from human to god to human.
X-Men vs The Brood
Issue #1 Interesting to see how the different Brood factions operate. One that just wants to kill all they can and propagate and one that seeks to protect the Queen and maintain a hierarchy. Hannah is a tragic character. Issue #2 Decent special. I liked some of the writing like Wolverine being God’s strangest angel, but some of the religious elements felt too melodramatic when there could have been a real connection to the faith of the characters compared to the trials they were put through. Pretty good prose, rough dialogue.
