Definitely a modern type of story, but an interesting concept for sure.

I'm really liking this setup. Roman is definitely working for Waller or someone.

Crazy good cover. Hope they continue to play up the body horror aspect of the series. I wasn't expecting there to be so much charm here. The exaggerated expressions and imaginatory thoughts reminded me of Impulse. I love that. Did not expect Roman to be DC's Thor.

I'm really loving the art. It really made Wonder Girl seem like a threat, a powerful and dangerous warrior.

Fun stuff, I wish it could have been longer

A shame that it ended here. Would have been such a nice start to something more.

X-Men vs The Brood

Issue #1 Interesting to see how the different Brood factions operate. One that just wants to kill all they can and propagate and one that seeks to protect the Queen and maintain a hierarchy. Hannah is a tragic character.  Issue #2 Decent special. I liked some of the writing like Wolverine being God’s strangest angel, but some of the religious elements felt too melodramatic when there could have been a real connection to the faith of the characters compared to the trials they were put through. Pretty good prose, rough dialogue.
