Strong start. I love this art. Death's reaction when she think Sexton was talking about the Endless was just great.

Really loved this issue. A lot of looking at and appreciating the small things life has to offer. Embracing it all. Really interesting to use a character/concept like Death to say that. Also loved the cigarette burning to show the passage of time.

Death: The High Cost of Living Issue #3

Beautiful three issues. Of course Death takes itself back. Such an enthralling read, a lot of high concept that's rooted in fundamental experience. That's part of what makes the Sandman universe so interesting.

X-Men vs The Brood

Issue #1 Interesting to see how the different Brood factions operate. One that just wants to kill all they can and propagate and one that seeks to protect the Queen and maintain a hierarchy. Hannah is a tragic character.  Issue #2 Decent special. I liked some of the writing like Wolverine being God’s strangest angel, but some of the religious elements felt too melodramatic when there could have been a real connection to the faith of the characters compared to the trials they were put through. Pretty good prose, rough dialogue.
