Like seeing the different perspectives of Ollie and Hal and how it leads to conflict. The expressions on Dinah’s face when she couldn’t shoot Ollie were exceptional

Hal and Ollie fight fascism and robots. Wish more time was spent on that overpopulation planet.

The covers have been really dope. Sinestro came outta nowhere

Nobody paying attention to Ollie after he literally got shot with a crossbow was a really good scene

Green Lantern/Green Arrow Issue #6

Easily my favorite issue so far. Felt like the drug issue was dealt with pretty competently especially for the time, going into the social causes and acknowledging the dehumanization of drug users. Love how Hal was forced to confront this unapologetically black man given the same level of power and authority he has. Overall, great themes that were developed well and still carry strong meaning in todays society.

X-Men vs The Brood

Issue #1 Interesting to see how the different Brood factions operate. One that just wants to kill all they can and propagate and one that seeks to protect the Queen and maintain a hierarchy. Hannah is a tragic character.  Issue #2 Decent special. I liked some of the writing like Wolverine being God’s strangest angel, but some of the religious elements felt too melodramatic when there could have been a real connection to the faith of the characters compared to the trials they were put through. Pretty good prose, rough dialogue.
